  • Seven acre horse sanctuary has the most caring and patient people i have met in a while.they offer the care and experience and love that is needed to help these ponies and horses live a better life. Without people like this there would be very sad endings to some great ponies/horses who all deserve a happy life. if the horses/ponies could speak they would thankyou from the bottom of there heart. You people are one in a million that make a difference in so many ponies lives. x By Sarah Coda
  • Had my first visit to sevenacre on 20/11/11 as my friend wanted to rescue a horse. When we arrived we were instantly welcomed and made to feel at home, we were shown all the horses that live there and we asked loads of questions all of which were answered. The job they do there is totally amazing as alot of the horses they have would not have survived without them. They came and vetted our yard and the next day my friend has a adorable shetland to love and give a forever home. Please donate to this sanctuary if u can not just money but they desperately need rugs for winter. What an amazing family that give all there time to help these unwanted and some very poorly horses. cat xx
  • After years of wanting a Shetland . My dreams came true in the shape of a cheeky chappie called Teddy! He is a gorgeous cute little boy and we all really love him. My friend found him for me at sevenacres horse sanctuary on the Thursday. On Sunday we went to see him and fell in love. Tuesday we were vetted and on Wednesday he was with us. Has settled down really well with my friends mare. Sevenacres made us feel really welcome and do such a fantastic job rescueing and rehoming poor horses and ponies who have not had very good lives! The do not get the recognition the deserve. They are amazing people. If you can't rehome a horse or pony. You could always sponsor one for a year or make a small donation. Would recommend sevenacres to any one wanting to rescue. If you can help please do. Your donation would be much appreciated. Jan x x
  • We had been considering a pony for the children for quite sometime, i found sevenacre sanctuary by chance on facebook. We went to go and see Bella and made a fuss of her and all three children had a little ride. We all thought she was amazing and plans were made to have her with us. She has been with us around 3 months and can't imagine life wthout her. She had a rough past but has been very spoilt and loved with us. Her greeting in the morning is priceless ! We think that the sanctuary do a fabulous job and tirelessly work to make the horses life great again. Please consider here if you are looking for a new equine friend as they all deserve a lovely life. Emma and Mark Green xx
